Services

Burly Guys Junk Removal LLC provides junk removal, furniture removal, appliance removal, property cleanouts, estate cleanouts, commercial cleanouts, hot tub removal, light demolition, hauling, and related services throughout Waterford, Pontiac, Troy, and surrounding Michigan communities. All services are scheduled in advance, and an estimate is provided before work begins.

Estimates and Payments

Prices are based on the amount and type of material being removed, the labor required, disposal costs, travel requirements, and access conditions at the property. Estimates may be provided by phone, text message, email, photographs, or an onsite evaluation.

The final price may change if the actual amount of material, weight, labor requirements, access conditions, or difficulty of the project differs from the information originally provided. Any significant pricing changes will be discussed before additional work is completed. Payment is due at the time of service unless another arrangement has been approved in writing.

Property Access and Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the property. The customer must also confirm that they own the items being removed or have the legal authority to approve their removal.

Before work begins, the customer or an authorized representative must clearly identify which items should be removed and which items should remain. Burly Guys Junk Removal LLC is not responsible for the removal of an item that was identified or approved for removal by the customer or their authorized representative.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If a crew has already been dispatched, travel has begun, equipment has been reserved, or special arrangements have been made for the project, a cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply.

Items We Cannot Take

Certain materials cannot be removed because of safety, environmental, disposal, or legal restrictions. Restricted materials may include hazardous chemicals, fuels, paints, solvents, asbestos, pressurized containers, explosives, medical waste, biohazards, and any item restricted by local, state, or federal law.

Customers must disclose any hazardous materials or unsafe property conditions before service begins. If materials or site conditions are unsafe, undisclosed, or prohibited, the crew may change the estimate, stop the work, or refuse the project.

Demolition Services

Light demolition services may include the dismantling and removal of items such as hot tubs, sheds, decks, fences, swing sets, cabinets, trampolines, gazebos, pools, and similar structures. The customer is responsible for identifying any electrical lines, plumbing, gas lines, underground utilities, structural concerns, permit requirements, or other hazards connected to the project.

Demolition work may be refused or stopped if hidden hazards, unsafe conditions, structural concerns, or permit issues are discovered.

Donations, Recycling, and Disposal

When practical, Burly Guys Junk Removal LLC may attempt to donate or recycle usable items. Donation acceptance is determined by the receiving organization and cannot be guaranteed.

Once items have been loaded and removed from the property, they may be donated, recycled, transferred, or disposed of at the discretion of Burly Guys Junk Removal LLC.

Care and Liability

Our crew works carefully and professionally at every property. Customers should disclose fragile surfaces, hidden hazards, narrow access areas, damaged flooring, structural concerns, and any other conditions that could affect the work.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burly Guys Junk Removal LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any liability determined to be the responsibility of Burly Guys Junk Removal LLC will be limited to the total amount paid for the service associated with the claim.
